Publishing your bot

Updated 3 months ago by Matthew Clementson

Hu:toma allows you to share your bot with other developers. Currently you can share your Bot for free, and we will soon add the capability to monetize through monthly or one-time pricing. The first step is to submit your bot for publishing.

After your bot has finished training, you will see a confirmation screen:

If you’d like to publish your bot, click on “home” and you will see a screen that has your bot (In this example, La Pizzeria) displayed:

Note that after requesting a bot to be published, it will become read-only. This means that you will not be able to make any changes to it. You will however be able to export this Bot's settings and create a new Bot based on this. For more information please refer to theImporting and exporting section.

Click on “Publish Bot” and you will be asked for some more details:

After entering the details, click on “Save”. You will be asked for some additional details about your bot. This phase is important, particularly if you would like to sell your bot. Buyers will want to know as much as they can about your bot’s functionality, including some example dialogues. It is also possible to add a link to a youtube/vimeo video demo.

After you fill in the details, click on “Save” and you will see that the current status of your bot displays “Request sent".

Providing the bot meets our T&Cs the Hu:toma team will publish it to the Botstore after a short review period.
